Rajesh started his career leading re-engineering efforts at Ford and Visteon, driving transformation across global product design and supply-chain functions. When he moved into banking, he brought the same analytical mindset and operational rigor.
As Strategy Head for Citi’s Global Private Bank, Rajesh was instrumental in scaling the business from $2.1B to $3.9B in revenue—crafting client strategies, launching new platforms, and helping streamline operations. He also advised on regulatory programs, built oversight frameworks, and managed budget planning for $100M+ tech initiatives.
In his final chapter at Citi, he spearheaded a new venture that extended lending solutions to RIAs and independent advisors—merging institutional capabilities with scalable product design. He’s known for his ability to launch new businesses, navigate organizational restructuring, and deliver strategy that sticks.
