Labro Dimitriou

Chief Technology Officer

Labro Dimitriou advises law firms and other professional services organizations on technology strategy, artificial intelligence, platform design, and the modernization of complex operating systems. With more than two decades of experience across Wall Street, investment banking, corporate risk, and enterprise technology, he brings both technical depth and business judgment to organizations evaluating how technology can improve decision-making, reduce costs, and support growth.

Labro has held senior technology leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. As Head of the Innovation Lab for Chase’s Commercial Bank, he developed AI-based approaches to underwriting, loan pricing, and sales enablement, helping translate emerging technologies into practical tools for large-scale financial operations.

At Wells Fargo, Labro led the architecture and operations of a major counterparty risk platform, where he improved computational performance, data quality, and visibility across the business. His work included introducing anomaly detection through knowledge graphs, developing long-term technology roadmaps, and representing the platform before regulatory boards. Across his career, he has developed technology strategies that reduced IT costs by 60%, doubled decisioning rates, and replaced cumbersome legacy processes with more effective digital systems.

More recently, Labro has focused on AI agentic systems designed to operate on top of existing enterprise technology. These systems support defined processes, improve decision-making, and add new capabilities without requiring organizations to replace their underlying infrastructure. At Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors, he applies that experience to law firms evaluating AI, improving operating platforms, and determining where technology investments can produce measurable business value.

Labro’s work spans product strategy, platform engineering, regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and has completed postgraduate work in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and product strategy.
A patent holder and published technologist, Labro continues to research AI interfaces, autonomous workflows, and the interaction between enterprise systems and AI agents. His ongoing technical work keeps him closely involved in how emerging technologies are being developed, tested, and applied in complex organizations.
