Cina Nazif supports law firm leaders and Oxford advisory teams on mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, market research, and other strategic initiatives requiring detailed evaluation of firm and market data. His work focuses on organizing complex information, identifying meaningful patterns, and developing analysis that helps clients evaluate potential combinations, growth opportunities, and broader business decisions.
At Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors, Cina works across M&A diligence, firm profiling, financial analysis, and competitive research. He helps assess prospective combination partners and other strategic opportunities by bringing together financial performance, practice strengths, geographic presence, leadership, talent, and market positioning into clear, decision-ready analysis.
Before joining Oxford, Cina built experience across financial services, data analytics, and business operations. He previously worked as a Data Analyst at Citigroup and as a Business Analyst at Photo Finishers Supply Inc., where he developed experience structuring data, analyzing financial and operational information, and working across teams to connect analytical findings with broader business priorities.
Cina brings a strong financial and technical foundation to his work. He is experienced in SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and other analytical platforms used to organize data, identify trends, and support financial and strategic analysis.
Cina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Stony Brook University, where he also completed a minor in Philosophy. He studied internationally at Yonsei University in Seoul. At Oxford, he applies that background in finance, analytics, and business strategy to the research and diligence behind law firm growth and M&A decisions.
