Evan Meyers

Senior M&A Associate & Communications Lead

Evan Meyers works with law firm leaders on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, market expansion, competitive positioning, and other significant business decisions. He has worked directly with Chairs, CEOs, Managing Partners, and senior leadership across the Am Law 100, Am Law 200, Mid-Market 50, and leading regional firms as they evaluate combinations, expansion opportunities, and broader strategic initiatives.

His work includes financial and market analysis, combination assessment, cross-selling opportunities, competitive intelligence, and the identification and evaluation of potential growth opportunities. Evan also considers the talent, culture, leadership, and integration issues that can influence the success of a combination or other major firm initiative.

In addition to his M&A and strategy work, Evan leads Oxford’s public relations, marketing, and communications efforts, overseeing the firm’s messaging, thought leadership, media presence, and market positioning. He also works with law firms on communications and positioning surrounding combinations, growth initiatives, leadership changes, and other significant developments.

Evan began his career in legal recruiting and later founded 44 Solutions LLC, a boutique legal recruiting and consulting firm focused on associate and partner searches. That experience gave him firsthand exposure to lateral movement, partner motivations, recruiting dynamics, and the role talent plays in law firm growth.

Evan earned his degree from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, where he specialized in Human Capital Management and Leadership. His studies focused on organizational structure, workforce motivation, leadership, team performance, and the role culture plays in business performance.

At Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors, Evan brings together experience across M&A, market strategy, talent, and communications to help law firm leaders evaluate opportunities from both the financial and organizational sides of the decision.
